Electric Alfa Romeo Giulia step closer as Romeo Ferraris complete battery integration

The battery integration of the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris has been completed

The integration of the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris battery has been completed. Over the weekend, the staff of the Italian manufacturer and the technicians of Williams Advanced Engineering and Magelec completed the preliminary stages that will allow the formal debut of the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris during the tests organized by WSC on the Vallelunga track. After the official presentation of the car built at Opera last November, the installation operations suffered considerable delays due to the pandemic situation that all companies, not only those related to the automotive world, encountered during the winter. Despite everything, thanks to the efforts of Romeo Ferraris technicians coordinated by Mario Ferraris, Williams Engineering and WSC,

Michela Cerruti, Romeo Ferraris Operations Manager
“The successful conclusion of the battery installation on the Giulia ETCR completes a long design phase of this model. It was not easy, because we encountered great logistical difficulties, but the work done by our guys was almost perfect. I am very excited personally because for a private builder like ours this is a giant step and I am proud of the work and dedication of all our men, but now actually the hardest part begins, because once again we find ourselves struggling with larger companies that have had less tight deadlines than us. But we have never shied away from challenges and we look forward to the next few weeks with great motivation ”.
