‘Dreamlike settings between past and future for the debut of the New Lancia Ypsilon’

It may no longer be available outside of Italy but in it’s home country the Lancia brand continues strongly, with the Ypsilon being Italy’s second best selling car, only bettered by the Fiat Panda, now comes the New Lancia Ypsilon, presented by Luca Napolitano, in the new role of Lancia Chief Executive Officer, the 100% EcoChic city car ready to conquer once again the heart of the audience. in 35 years of history with 4 generations and 35 special series the Ypsilon has established itself as a Fashion city car with more than three million units sold.

Ypsilon is a success story that continues today – comments Luca Napolitano -. In Italy it has been on the podium of segment B since 2011, in 2019 and 2020 it conquered the leadership of the segment and it is also the second best-selling car on the market after Panda. All excellent reasons to dream, because the Lancia brand has marked the history of style and technology in the automotive world for more than 100 years. And the story continues with the New Ypsilon, capable of perfectly embodying elegance, Italian excellence, beauty, genius, innovation and timeless style.

A style that has become more contemporary, technological and environmentally friendly, but still incredibly elegant. The 2021 Ypsilon is even more seductive, mysterious and sophisticated. And it has a new expression. To do this, it looks to its past, to the DNA of the Lancia brand: to that ability to innovate, to that Italian elegance and refinement that have always been its way of being. Elegance experienced as harmony and balance and refinement as a detail. Its past is made up of highly recognizable styles that inspire the design of the new grille. The sinuous lines of the front – grille, lower grille and headlamp lights – chase each other dynamically, respectfully and proud of the past and smile to the future with the inclusion of LED DRLs that give Ypsilon’s face an innovative and empathetic expression .
