The 2020 Alfa Romeo Championship is ready to race again after the season’s race calendar has now been revised.
Like all other Motorsport events this year the Championship series found itself being forced to be put on hold with the Covid-19 pandemic but the organisers are now delighted to confirm that the the 750 Motor Club Alfa Romeo Championship will be taking to the grid next month, in what will be the 39th consecutive year.
Snetterton is now a double header on Saturday 18th July and, the Championship also have a 1-day double header at Silverstone International on Sunday 23rd August. The Anglesey and Oulton Park dates are unchanged from the original calendar dates.
At the moment these races are to be held behind closed doors, i.e. without spectators but hopefully that will change at some point.
The Alfa Romeo Championship thrive’s on variety in contrast to most one-make Championships. with 9 different models having raced with the series in 2019.
Joining 750 Motor Club for its 39th consecutive year in 2020, the Alfa Romeo Championship places great value on its distinguished racing heritage but is also a forward looking formula, constantly moving with the times to ensure close, exciting and high quality racing for drivers and spectators alike.
