Yesterday at Enzari we attended the Cumbria Autoshow of 2019, a show we had attended 12 months earlier when we first started Enzari, it is a fantastic opportunity for people to come over to meet and greet the Enzari team.
It was an early start for us, as me and Jason came to pick me up at half past 6 so we could get to Enzari HQ. Here, we met up with our colleague Reece and we packed up the kit required for the show, after only getting back from a few days at the Goodwood Festival of Speed late the day before, a coffee or two was needed to get us on our way ‘Up North! En-route to Cumbria we met up with 3 Abarth 595 owners who have previously come along to our Enzari ‘Italian Mornings’ and we had invited to join us on our stand for the Cumbria Autoshow.
We arrived at the show and immediately ‘set up camp’ getting the stand ready for when gates officially opened at 11pm. Lots of people with a range of knowledge of the brand visited us during the course of the day. It was fantastic to be able to talk to such a vast array of people from all over the UK with different stories about their experiences with their own Italian cars. Many people also really enjoyed seeing the fantastic Abarths that we had on our stand. We had 5 in total and then we also had an Alfa Romeo Giulietta too. This helped to generate a lot of interest in the stand from Abarth fans who had made a good turn out at this event; which was fantastic to see.
I had a good walk round the show myself, and it was fantastic to see such a good variety of cars in attendance. There was a small Italian presence in the form of the Abarth 595s that I mentioned previously, along with a Fiat Coupe and Cinquecento. There were also two Alfas present outside of our stand in the form of a gorgeous red Guilia and a stealthy 159 sportswagon. Inside the show hall, there was also a Lamborghini Gallardo that looked absolutely fantastic under the inside lighting.
First of all, I’d like to thank Cumbria Autoshow for providing fantastic facilities for the show. As well as fantastic cars, there was also plenty of places to get any food and drink that was required which is always extremely useful. I had a fantastic time meeting those who turned up to the show. To those who signed up to Enzari after seeing us in Cumbria, I hope that you’re enjoying our what we do and staying up to date with the latest Italian car news. We will be potentially attending another car show in August; so stay tuned to the Enzari website and social media where we will be releasing the details soon.
