Ferrari ended production of their F12 Berlinetta model last year and they have since replaced it with the insane Ferrari 812 Superfast. Even though the F12 Berlinetta is no longer in production, it is still highly desirable amongst petrolheads and Ferrari enthusiasts alike. However, if you want the ultimateFerrari F12 Berlinetta, the limited edition F12 TdF is where you want to be.
The limited edition Ferrari F12 TdF was unveiled three years ago back in 2015 and with only 799 units produced, they are extremely rare and worth quite a bit of money. However, if you own an F12 TdF and you want to increase its value, giving it a bespoke paint finish and interior will no doubt do just that.
The lucky owner of this Ferrari F12 TdF did just that by giving it a truly unique exterior paint finish as well as a truly unique interior. This Ferrari F12 TdF now sports a Bronzo Masaru exterior paint finish, which actually comes straight from the Lamborghini palette, yes you read that correctly. How did a Ferrari end up with a Lamborghini paint finish? Well, we don’t really know but we do know that this unique shade has been applied to a handful of Lamborghini’s finest cars, including at least one Aventador SV and an Aventador LP720-4 50th Anniversario Roadster.
Unfortunately there is no word on how much the owner of this F12 TdF paid to get this vehicle resprayed in this unique shade, but it is quite obvious that it was not cheap. Even though BronzoMasaru was created by Lamborghini for some of their best creations, and personally I think that this bespoke colour looks even better on a Ferrari, I know some Lamborghini fans probably won’t agree or be happy with that statement.
Besides the eye catching Lamborghini paint finish, this Ferrari F12 TdF also features a black stripe, which runs horizontally across the bonnet, silver alloy wheels, black painted brake calipers and what seems to be large, hand painted ScuderiaFerrari side shields. All of this makes this Ferrari F12 TdF one of the best specced examples that I have ever seen.
The interior of this Ferrari F12 TdF is just as mind blowing as the exterior. Inside you will find brown quilted leather instead of the usual mixture of black leather and Alcantara. Brown quilted leather may not be everyone’s first choice but it seems to finish off the look of this F12 TdF nicely and it goes together perfectly with the unique Bronzo Masaru paint finish.
Just to remind our readers of how great the F12 TdF actually is, here is a little bit of information for you. The Ferrari F12 TdF is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.3 liter V12 engine, which produces 770 hp (571 kW) of power and 508 lb-ft of torque. The insanely powerful F12 TdF can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and it will keep on accelerating until it reaches a8top speed of 346 km/h (215 mph).
This particular F12 TdF currently resides in Japan, so unfortunately I don’t think I will ever get the opportunity to see it up close and in person. A big thank you to Amin Siala for snapping these awesome pictures and for sharing them with the petrolhead community.
