Saturday was the annual Auto Italia event at the Brooklands Museum in Surrey, with an impressive array of Italian cars both classic and contemporary. The pictures on this page demonstrate the diversity of Italian metal on display. This event gives you the chance to see many rare and interesting cars, as well as contemporary ‘oddities’ like the Fiat Multipla. It is also an opportunity to visit the historic Brooklands Museum and delve into the history of this legendary venue.
This event is one of many in the South and in the Midlands, with Festival Italia at Brands Hatch, Abarth Day 2018 at Rockingham Circuit, the Italian Car Day at Beaulieu, MITCAR at Arbury Hall and Sharnbrook’s annual Italian Car and Bike day to name a few.
However many might say that the North of England is far less well serviced by Italian Car events. This picture is changing though with the growing development of the Enzari monthly, Sunday, Italian Car Breakfast meets. A growing selection of both classic and contempoary cars are on show and its a good chance to get to know more about these vehicles in a friendly environment. It is open to all, especially if your car is Italian, and further details can be found on the website and our social media pages.
