Over the past few days, FCA CEO Sergio Marchionne has issued some interesting statements about Alfa Romeo, Maserati and Lancia at an FCA Shareholders’ Meeting held in Amsterdam. Marchionne said he was very satisfied with the re-launch of the Alfa Romeo brand. The famous Italian brand is relaunching all over the world, demonstrated by the increasing number of sales in every part of the world.
According to ‘investireoggi.it’ Sergio Marchionne said cars like the Alfa Romeo Giulia and recently launched Stelvio seem to have been much appreciated by customers all over the world. Things in the coming years will only improve with the arrival of new models that Sergio Marchionne will announce in June. Sergio Marchionne also said he was very happy with how things are going for luxury brand Maserati. Even the car manufacturer of the Trident is relaunching thanks to the new models and in particular to the Suv Levante whose success has probably gone beyond the best expectations.
Finally, Marchionne touched on the ‘forgotten brand’, regarding Lancia , the CEO of FCA has made it clear that at the moment everything is possible. This means that at the moment it is not possible to exclude a relaunch of the brand in the future but not even its sale. The important thing in any case is that the operation that will be put in place can guarantee a profit for the FCA Group, whilst stating that no loss can be tolerated in one case or another.
