Enzari Meet & Greet is a great day!

in what was only our 2nd Meet & Greet since Enzari was launched in 2016 and we had a great turnout for the event. On a sunny Sunday morning in the North West, it kicked off at 10am, always a good sight in the morning is a red Alfa Romeo, which is exactly what arrived right on cue, driven by Ethan, his pristine MiTo was closely followed by a 147 and a 159 Sportswagon, an ongoing project for Reece – to which we can’t wait to see again next time on how it has developed!

Over the next couple of hours it was a delight to see more and more Italian cars join us, from Punto Abarth’s to Ferrari’s, classic Alfa Romeo’s, Lancia’s and Fiat’s joined us, stunning Maserati’s and an awesome Matte Black Lamborghini.

Chatting and mingling with the owners, you got a real sense of passion for the Italian marques, some on their first Italian car, others almost into double figures with tales of previous cars, how they acquired their current car, it was great to see everyone get together as the sun shone down.

The classic Alfa Romeo’s and Lancia’s received a lot of interest as you would expect, beautiful examples by their owners, making it difficult to decide whether you would rather go home with a modern or classic Italian car. The classic’s were accompanied by examples of more recent models, Alfa Romeo Spider, Brera’s and Giulietta’s. A couple of Abarth 595’s arrived around midday, the pocket rocket’s always a welcome addition to a car meet.

Of course any Italian meet isn’t complete without a Supercar or two, Mike’s 458 Speciale made it’s second welcome return to our meet, we also had a 488 Spider and Lamborghini Huracan Spider join us, the soundtrack from their engine’s – a petrolheads delight.

So it’s a big shoutout and thank you to all that made the drive to our Meet & Greet, it was without doubt a resounding success and we look forward to doing it all again come next Spring…we leave the final word to Matt Bartley who quite simply told us ‘Had a cracking day today!’
