Lamborghini Urus spied on test at Nürburgring

It’s fast becoming the most spied, been waiting forever Car we have known. In fact every week or so another bit of information on the soon to be launched Lamborghini Urus arrives with us here at Enzari.

The latest is the prototype for the Urus has been caught testing again, this time at the famius Nurburgring, although we can’t help thinking for a 4×4 it would be better to see it caught testing up in Snowdonia or somewhere a bit more extreme for a four wheel drive.

We initially saw the Lamborghini Urus as a concept back in 2012, and things do not appear to have altered much on the production version. The SUV still includes a dramatically raked roofline and an aggressive, vent-laden front end. Lamborghini’s official Stefano Domenicali recently informed that the model will create 650 bhp from the standard twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8. A plug-in hybrid variant will get here a year after the regular Urus. The SUV will ride on a variation of the MLB Evo modular platform that likewise underpins the Bentley Bentayga and Audi Q7.

The Urus will help Lamborghini ultimately double its sales, with production volume anticipated to climb to 3,500 units yearly by 2019. The model will debut eventually this year, possibly at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
