Hoonigans mod the Abarth 124 Spider

The Abarth 124 Spider, if you didn’t know, is the go-faster version of Fiat’s new roadster aimed at performance driving enthusiasts, but for some fast driving aficionados, the hotted up take on the Italian two-door is still too mild.
The guys over at Hoonigan are among those people that think the stock Abarth 124 Spider is just a bit too luke warm, so they went and slapped some performance parts on a few of them for their latest YouTube video. Their mods were limited to coilovers, new wheels, stickier tires and a Magnaflow exhaust system, but that should be enough to improve the driving experience.

In the video, the Hoonigan crew is split into three teams to see who can tune up their 124 Spider in the shortest amount of time. The three cars are to be used for Hoonigan’s female driver search – which the winner of will get the opportunity to run a season in the Fiat 124 Abarth Rally car.
